A founding member of the Observe Collective, Tom Young is a Canadian photographer based in Auckland, New Zealand. His atmospheric street photography is focused on capturing moments of candid authenticity, and his work has been exhibited in Canada, USA, Germany, Turkey, Thailand, Australia and New Zealand. In 2019, Tom was a judge for open call competitions for the Cyprus Photographic Society’s “The WALL” and for the Aussie Street Photography Festival in Sydney. On nice days he sometimes neglects to take his camera out with him, and he inevitably regrets it.
